Splitkon is investing into a new cross laminated timber production plant in Norway

Splitkon AS invests into a new 60,000 m3 Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) production line in Åmot, Norway. According to the announcement, the new line is expected to be the largest CLT plant in Scandinavia, and the only one in Norway.

The new factory will produce solid wood elements up to 3.6 meters wide, 16 meters long and 30 centimeters thick.

The project involves Limtre Holding, Ski Bygg Gruppen AS, Holdit AS, Sparebank 1 Ringerike Hadeland, Innovation Norway and Siva.
