Sappi Europe increases prices for its woodfree sheets and reels from October 2017

Sappi Europe announced 5-8% price increase for its Woodfree papers (WFU/WFC) Sheets and Reels grade from October 2017 onwards. The company stated that despite strong order books and good operating rates, margins continued to be depressed by this severe input cost inflation.

On June 15 , 2017 Sappi Europe has implemented the previous price increase for its Woodfree papers (WFU/WFC) .

Earlier Sappi invested into Plaxica’s Xylex and Versalac technologies
