ProAmpac acquired Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Orlando in the US

ProAmpac, a leader in global flexible packaging, acquired Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Orlando from Holland’s Clondalkin Group. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to the announcement, the business will become part of the ProAmpac brand and operate as a part of the Extrusion and Laminations Division. Bill Harris, former president of Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Orlando, will lead ProAmpac’s lidding solutions.

Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Orlando is specializing in converting, printing, die-cutting and slitting packaging materials. It is an established market leader in lidding foils and films. Clondalkin acquired Spiralkote in 2002, and in 2014 became known as Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Orlando.
