Inapa completed acquisition of the entire business of Papyrus in France

Inapa Group completed acquisition of Papyrus France Holding SAS on June 30, 2017.

Papyrus had a turnover of EUR 156 million in France, while Inapa made EUR 165 million. The merger by absorption of the former Papyrus France creates the market leader in French paper distribution market, Inapa France, with a turnover of approximately EUR 300 million and 300 employees.

The deal is expected to improve the efficiency and the level of service and strengthen the proximity with customers.

Inapa France will be now operating as one company, under the internally Inapa Group ERP system (ISI) and the same brand, Inapa France.
