Greenheart is progressing with the renewal process of forest concession in Suriname

Greenheart Group informed that it is still in the renewal process of 127,000 hectare forest concession in West Suriname.

According to the announcement, as regards the renewal of the West forest concessions, based on the latest information, the review by the Suriname Ministry of Environmental Planning, Land and Forest Management has almost completed and it is now processing the formal approval. Still, so far, the company has not received any concrete or written information from the Suriname government regarding the timing of the renewal/

Excluding the West Suriname Concession, the group currently owns forest concession rights of a total forest area of approximately 195,000 hectares in Suriname.
