European Pallet Association (EPAL) reported pallets production increase by 10% in 1H2017 compared to the previous year. According to the announcement, in the first six months of this year, 42.5 million EPAL Euro pallets were produced worldwide.
At the same time, the association admitted an increase in the number of repairs: +11.5%, with 13.7 million repaired EPAL pallets in 1H2017.
Martin Leibrandt, CEO of EPA, commented:
