Mayr-Melnhof Group increased EBITDA margin to 13.8% in 4Q2016

Mayr-Melnhof Group, a world-leader in coated recycled cartonboard production, reported 5.5% increase of EBITDA amid slight decrease of sales  in 4Q2016 y-o-y. According to the announcement, the company’s sales  accounted for EUR 558.0 million, generating EBITDA of EUR 77.2 million in the period (13.8% margin).

For the complete 2016 the company’s revenues accounted EUR 2,272.7  million, generating EUR 321 million of EBITDA (margin 14.1%).

In 3Q2016 Mayr-Melnhof Group increased revenues.

Earlier Mayr-Melnhof Kolicev commissioned new curtain and blade coaters.
