European Commission is inspecting BillerudKorsnäs to check compliance with EU competition rules

The European Commission initiated an inspection of BillerudKorsnäs under EU competition rules. According to the announcement, the inspection is part of a larger investigation of the market for bleached and unbleached kraft papers.

Earlier BillerudKorsnäs has successfully issued two bonds with a total nominal value of SEK 1 700 million (around USD 190 million).
