Bergs Timber increased sales by 31.2% in the company’s financial second quarter 2016/17

Bergs Timber increased sales by 31.2% to SEK 258.3 million (USD  28.4 million) in the company’s financial second quarter period (December 1, 2016 – February 28, 2017). Its  profit after tax amounted to SEK -2.9 million.

The company’s management sees the quarter as not satisfactory but is in line with its internal expectations.

Earlier Bergs Timber informed that Rorvik Timber Highlands AB and Kieryd Farm AB sold all their shares in Bergs Timber to a group of investors including existing shareholders, members of the corporate management team and some new investors.
